Real rustic Italian fare

You need to book this little gem a day in advance, but its worth the wait as all ingredients are from Maria's own garden and farmyard including wines, honey, fruit and vegetables, and most of the poultry. The wild boar is hunted around the ancient village of Sarnano. A visit to Tennacola is like being invited into an Italians home and being treated to the most amazing rustic fare - A four-course meal with wine costs about €20.
