We went there twice. The food was just fabulous ... and the waiters were wonderful.

I would like to offer my comments on a restaurant in Florence called La Posta. It is located on a street directly in front of the main post office. We went there twice. The food was just fabulous ... and the waiters were wonderful. On our second visit, we were treated like old friends. They have an extensive wine list, and when we asked what was good, they said all of them! We tried a couple of different wines and that proved true for us at least. I am sure that anyone visiting this restaurant would have a memorable meal and enjoy the time spent there. During our dinners, people were arriving in taxicabs, so they must have heard of it. We also met some other Americans there and they were raving about the desserts; we can testify to that also. I recommend it highly.
