Cantina Barbagianni's menu is impressive, unfortunately, the quality of the food served is uneven. On our visit, one secondo was okay, but the other, grilled beef, arrived without the balsamic reduction sauce described on the menu. When the server was asked about this, she responded, that she could bring me a bottle of balsamic! The service was not competent and or well paced. The prices were not inexpensive. I think there are many better restaurant choices in Florence. This review is the opinion of a Slow Travel member and not of slowtrav.com. |
