Happening Bar on the Arno

Not really a restaurant but a very hip bar that served free appetizers on the Thursday evening we stopped by for a grappa.

A spread of mixed crostini, sliced fennel in olive oil, tomatoes and basil and curry risotto was available. It was rather picked over by the time we arrived but the crowd was there for the singles scene, loud music provided by a DJ and great cocktails, not the food. I was thinking while sipping some very smooth grappa that this was a scene my young adult children would enjoy.

Extensive selection of wines by the glass and cocktails. The grappa was divine!
