Sleek stylish moden take on classic Marche dishes

Directions: Take the road out of Sarnano and after 5km turn left for Caldarola/Tolentino. Follow this windy road for 5 or so minutes and fork right to Belforte/ Tolentino, travel for a further 6/7 minutes and at the t junction turn right. After another 3 or 4 minutes you will see the ristorante on your left up on a hill just before a big roundabout.

Only a tad more expensive than most other local ristorante but worth every euro. Wonderful modern space and superb service, this is a very stylish and funky ristorante serving up delicious cuisine. The ingredients are all sourced locally and very fresh and the menu is split between meat and fish (brought fresh from the coast every day).

The antipasti is amazing, the first courses vary from tagliatelle with a hare ragu to radicchio and sea bass risotto. The meats and fish and panna cottas are tremendous and it also has a very good wine cellar stocked with wines from the local Pollenza vineyard.
