Umbrian diner. Good traditional food, no frills, cheap.

Directions: A block S of the church of Cristo Risorto, in a strip mall.

Restaurant aka: CA.RE.MA

Primo: penne alla norcina, the way it's supposed to be, B+. Secondo: scaloppine alla rugola, B. Various desserts, most of them commercial.

Overall rating: B Value for money: A-
