Picnic tables outside with self service food

Directions: On the road leading to the Carceri Hermitage

Tour guide Helen Donegan brought us here for lunch. You pick out your choices of pasta and meat at the counter and then set your table with a cloth and utensils. The special of 3 different pastas is the normal special. The sausages were great - cooked in the open fire - as was the chicken. It is extremely casual and very pleasant. The whole bill for 5 with beer was about €80.
