Rich lunch, but delicious.

I've dined here before for dinner. For lunch this trip (June 2010) I ordered the small tagliattini pasta with pancetta and mushrooms (three types). It was very rich in flavor. Glass of wine. 16 euros. Service isn't the best, but it was great to sit outside and people-watch as the walk along Strada Nova.

Lots of tourists here, but we had a very good dinner.

We walked by this restaurant several times during our visit, and it was always busy, but we thought it might be too touristy. We ate there one evening when we wanted someplace close to where we were staying. We didn't have reservations, and they asked us to come back in 15 minutes, and when we returned, we were seated at a pleasant table outside.

The total for our dinner for two, was 72 euro. That included a bottle of Chianti for 20 euro, a very nice scallop primi(9 euro), Prosciutto e Melone(9 euro), Spaghetti w/ ragu (6.50 euro), Beef w/ Arugula and Tomatoes, Tirimisu (4.50 euro), and one caffe. The food was all excellent, the wine was nice, and it's located on a busy street that makes for a nice location to have dinner outside.
