Best Lasagna I have EVER eaten!

Directions: Facing the Duomo, this is on the right...note there are 2 restaurants - this is the one towards the "back" of the Duomo.

We were in Orvieto at lunch time, of course, and since the other restaurant was "complete" we went for what we thought would be "second best".

We had a Lasagna made with wild Boar. Not only was this the BEST EVER, and I love Lasagna, but the desserts were a work of art ... Unfortunately my photos did not do as well.

We also had Ravioli, carpaccio, creme brulee, and Chocolate mousse. OUTSTANDING...
