Soem interesting dishes, some typical preparations, and a nice outdoor eating area. Very good food at moderate prices.

Directions: In the center of the village

This restaurant in the back of the town's bar serves good food in a relaxing atmosphere. We sat in the back patio, where next door a men's social club was in full swing. Lots of fun to listen the the village's night life. We had a great plate of mixed crostini-- tomato, mushroom, anchovy, and eggplant. We split a lovely thin vegetable lasagnette with a crisp top layer that was delicious, and then a very moist pork roasted with prunes. Lots of local wines on the wine list. Moderate prices. Some others in our group tried to go here on other nights, and the place was closed up tight. Call to avoid being disappointed!

A mother-daughter restaurant with lovely food.

Directions: South of Cetona.

This is where many slow travelers pick up their final directions to their vacation rentals in the area and Rita and her daughter Michele couldn't be more accommodating. The food is quite wonderful, the wine list respectable and there's a lovely enclosed terrace around the well out back for which the restaurant is named. There were three of us and our bill came to about 25 € each including wine.
