Nice restaurant in the center of Ravenna

This is a nice find in the center of Ravenna, about 1 block from the covered market. In addition to the dining room, there is an outdoor terrace with about 10 or 12 tables. This terrace looks onto the street. I would describe it as traditional and authentic Romagnan cuisine.

On this particular day, there were three of us. We had: Wine-2000 Umberto Cesari Sangiovese di Romagna Superiore Primo- two of us had cappelletti in brodo (meat broth), one person had cappelletti in a Romagnolo ragu sauce. Secondo- 1 had mixed roasted meats on a spit, 1 had thinly sliced filet of beef, topped with fresh arugula, curls of grana cheese and annointed with balsamic vinegar. The third person had a salad of raw porcini mushrooms, thinly sliced, with curls of grana cheese.

For dessert, we all had tiny strawberries with a little lemon juice and sugar. Followed by espresso and grappa for three. The bill was 73 euros. The service was efficient and friendly.
