Directions: opposite of Post Office - near main square La Giara was recommended to us by Enrico Caruso, the owner of Villa Sara B&B - and we weren't disappointed. Although none of the waiters speak English, with the knowledge of some Italian on our part we managed to have two great meals here! We got some excellent red wine (13 or 14€ for the bottle), had lovely salads and a great seafood platter, as well as a mixed seafood grill. The girls ate some salad and a pizza and our total bill was something like 65€. Clients were mostly locals; and especially the pizza (with a choice of over 50) seemed to be popular, together with the seafood. We surely can recommend this place.
