Great food; low prices and very quiet but you'll need Italian as no English is spoken!!

We found this restaurant from our host hotel in the town and went for dinner the first night. We went back 2 more nights out of the 7!!!

On the first time in, we started out with pasta for both of us in Primi. I had a tagliatelle with artichoke and my wife had an artichoke lasagna. My tagliatelle was out of this world but the lasagna, it stole the show!!! It was 8 layers thick but no more than 1 1/2 inches high. The pasta was so thin and light and the artichokes so thin and flavorful. We followed that with a Veal Scallopine Limone and a Veal Saltimbaca for me. Both were excellent and tender.

We enjoy this with 1/2 liter of the house red and bottled water. For dolci, we had the house tiramisu which was great. My wife had a limoncello and I had coffee with sambucca. The tab.... 45!!!

On subsequent visits, my wife had the lasagna except for the time he ran out of the pasta so she had the tagliatelle instead. I had the rabbit stuffed with sausage and artichoke. My wife had his version of chicken fingers which were very good. We never exceeded E48 on any meal. During the week, we were one of the few patrons in the place and could not believe it as his food was so good. However, on the weekends, when the locals all go out, he does get busy!

This is a gold star place for great food and a casual atmosphere for low prices too!!
