Solid Umbrian fare in a hosteria atmosphere

Directions: near San Teranziano

This is one of the places we most like to take visiting guests. There is a very large dining room and also and nice size pergola covered terrace off to the side, hidden from the street. Gets a fair amount of traffic now, and beware the unannounced wedding that may take over the place.

To order: "Tris" of pastas: they do excellent and very rich pasta dishes here! Beware: this alone can fill you up. Then there are excellent traditional stews and meat dishes that you can also order "tastes" of. Although the quality has suffered a bit in recent years, you still eat well here, at a moderate price. Homecooking.
