In the Treviso area you find the best cooking of the Veneto. Giancarlo Pasin is one of the best chef that I know, he is a King of risotto, radicchio and fish.

Directions: From Venice to Treviso, after Preganziol look for Dosson di Casier on the right.

At the lunch the price (25/30 €) is lower then at dinner(60/70).

Simone Pasin is a good sommelier, Nicoletta Pasin is the best pupil of her father, and I like her desserts. Teresa Pasin will welcome you always with a great smile.

In the season you have to ask for: pasta & fagioli with radicchio and vinegar or tagliatelle con gamberi di Sicilia e pomodoro fresco, lumache sgusciate alla Pasina con erbette e polenta gialla, Storione marinato agli agrumi su lettino di radicchio, Risotto con radicchio, topinambur e tartufo bianco, Tortelli ripieni di radicchio, speck, noci e ricotta di pecora con salsa di timo, Carrè di vitello cotto al fieno, Ciambella di cioccolato ai profumi d'arancio, tortino di pere con crema di albicocca e salsa di cioccolato.
