Excellent Rustic Trattoria

We had lunch here after our horrible meal at Trattoria Marione the night before. This osteria is in the same area. The atmosphere is very rustic and cozy. The service was efficient and warm.

The food was excellent. We shared a Caprese salad of beautiful ripe sweet tomatoes and very creamy buffalo cheese. Then I had a pasta dish of wide flat macaroni with zucchini, pancetta, caramelized onions and chili - the flavours were excellent. My husband had the artichoke risotto which also was perfectly cooked and delicious. We had coffee and two glasses of white wine for 40 euros.
