Warm, friendly, and fantastic food.

This is the only restaurant we ate at more than once- on our first night and our last night. The first night it was a wonderful welcome, and on our last night it was just the thing for weary travellers. Warm, comfortable, and friendly, with no cover or service charge, and really good food.

Simple dishes like grilled sirloin covered in fresh shaved Parmesan on a bed of rocket salad were exceptional, and the imaginative antipasti and pasta courses let you be adventurous too. With wine, we spent €30-40 per person for dinner.
