Very nice pizzeria with good food and service. Ate dinner here twice and thoroughly enjoyed both nights.

My husband and I ate dinner here twice. The service was very good both nights as was the food. We started each night with appetizers such as fried mozzerella and onion rings. They were very good. Each of the four pizza styles we chose over the two nights were also very good. Our waitresses recommended really nice local wines both nights. Profiteroles and chocolate souffle desserts rounded out the meals. We also enjoyed the music being played which was from AtlantaBlueSky.com - Jazz Colors. A nice relaxing place to spend the evening.

Excellent pizzeria on Orvieto's main street. Popular with both visitors and locals.

We spent six weeks in Orvieto (June/July) and ate at Pizzeria Charlie frequently. At first we shied away from it because of its name and its location on the lower portion of Corso Cavour (the main tourist drag), but once we ate there we found that it offers consistently good pizza at good prices.

Pizzas ranged from €4.50 to €8. The menu offers a wide range of red and white pizzas, with lots of vegetarian options. The pizza "delicata" (with pureed potato) is worth trying. The menu includes appealing salads and a relatively decent selection of beer, including German and Irish options.

The restaurant is great for large groups and families with children. They offer limited outdoor seating. Menus available in Italian, English and Japanese.
