This restaurant was located within two minutes from our B & B. We ate there on our first night in Torino - we didn't want to go far after having traveled for 36 hours. This place looked interesting so we went in. There were three areas in which you could sit - inside, on the patio outside, and on a second patio which was surrounded by shrubs strung with tiny lights. We sat outside and were happy with the spot. The menu was varied - lots of pasta, pizza, and even meat and fish mains. We stuck to pizza and pasta. We shared a caprese salad and a special appetizer called a cuppo to start. The cuppo was a large paper cone stuffed with arancini, stuffed fried balls of bread, potato croquettes, and herbed bread balls. Judging by the number of tables that had this delivered to their tables this was a very popular item! Paul enjoyed his gnocchi and my calzone stuffed with ricotta, provolone, and salami was amazing. The portions were huge so we couldn't manage dessert. The bill came to 41 euro – for the appetizer, salad, gnocchi, calzone, a litre of wine, and a bottle of mineral water.
