Ville di Corsano: Pulcianese

Reviewed by: Karen from PA, review #216

When: 2000

Outrageous amount of well prepared food. Highly recommended.

Directions: South of Siena, 5 minutes west of Ville di Corsano.

Sunday lunch for a large extended family and a perfect choice. Crostini and bruchetta, lasagne, pasta with wild boar sauce, grilled meats (rabbit, guinea hen, wild boar, ribs) and then huge bowls of arugula and watercress salad - all served family style.
