Beautiful decor, tile and hand painted sinks in the bathroom. Very pleasant seaside location! Highly recommended.

Directions: Located on the water between mazaro del Vallo and Marsala. Well and frequently signed from the highway.

Highly recommended. We came on our way in to our lodging which was less than 10k away (Baglio Spano aka Marchese). A don't miss if even near the area.

Floor to ceiling windows all around, tile floor, wonderful lighting and design throughout. In my mind the perfect combination of being nice without being pretentious.

Waitstaff were dressed in white muslin clothes which gave the restaurant a slight eastern flair.

Wine: Donnafugata La fuga a 100% Chardonnay. Un-oaked, a very nice change from the typical oak bombs of California. Perfect for the hearty seafood to follow.

Polpo (octupus) marinated in a vinagrette: wonderful flavor without the usual toughness associated with the dish. Great flavor, wow. It became the standard for much Polpo to follow (10 times?).

As the specific restaurant names of the dishes would be meaningless I will just describe the dishes.

Pasta with mixed seafood (mussels, calamari, etc.). Both of us got this.

Pesce spada: One of the top renditions of this dish on my trip.

2 bottles mineral water. Total: about 75 euros
