Directions: City Center across the street from the Duomo On our last trip to Trento (October 2005) we ate at this restaurant three out of the five nights. Excellent, simple dishes and a pretty good wine list too. Momma does the cooking, daughter and son-in-law wait tables and Pop oversees it all. Home made spinach filled gnocchi, Polipo, linguini with clams and mussels, lentil soup, mouth watering roasted beef, pasta fagiole, fine deserts and grappa... the list goes on. It's a small place with a down home feel to it, where locals eat as well. You can't go wrong. This review is the opinion of a Slow Travel member and not of slowtrav.com. |
