When: 2005

High prices for poor food and service.

First, sensing that we were Americans, the service was SLOOOOOOOOOOW!

One steak dish was full of gristle and was inedible. When this was mentioned to the waiter, he brought the owner or manager to our table who said, "If you don't like this meat you should have ordered the filet" - something we should have known, I suppose.

There was no offer to substitute the fillet or provide and adjustment to the bill - which for this 2-course meal for 3 was €75, the highest of all the restaurants we ate in during our 3 weeks in Italy.

If you are American and expect quality and consideration, stay away from here.
