Directions: On a big square in front of the Santa Sofia church. 
We did a day trip from Ravello to Capri, walking down the cliffs from Ravelo to Amalfi, then taking a ferry from Amalfi to Capri. Once at Capri we rode a funicular and then a tiny bus to get up to Anacapri. At that point, we were quite exhausted and more than ready for a rest and lunch. I had hoped to find a place with an amazing view of the sea, which we never did find in Anacapri. We finally found this restaurant with an appealing side terrace lined with bright geraniums on a square by the Santa Sofia church. There are about ten tables on the narrow terrace and a nice looking dining room inside too. We enjoyed looking out on the pretty square while we ate. Charley and I shared fried courgette flowers as our antipasti course. For my main course I had risotto with seafood. Kelly had pasta bolognaise, and Charley had a caprese salad. This restaurant had absolutely wonderful bread, still hot from the oven. (This is why Charley only needed a salad for his lunch.) The waiter said it was pizza dough bread. We decided it was by far the best bread we’ve had in Italy. Our meal for the three of us (including wine and a soft drink ) was €56. Wonderful place for lunch on Capri on a quiet square in Anacapri. Outdoor dining on a pretty terrace with lots of flowers. Very good meal and GREAT bread!| Car Rental | Hotel Booking | Flight Booking | Train Tickets | Books, Maps, Events |
