An innovative restaurant.

Directions: Behind the arches next to the newsstand on Piazza Matteotti. Limited parking on Piazza XXV Aprile, more on the big lot beneath the Rocca.

This restaurant has innovative dishes with unusual combinations, going beyond traditional Italian cuisine. One antipasto was warm cheese with nuts and honey; a pasta was agnolotti with porcini, cream, and herbs.

There's no house wine; it's possible to order a glass (calice) as an alternative to bottles from the wine list. €50 dinner for two with glasses of wine.
