This is a small place a few blocks west of the train station. Their specialty is thin crust pizzas baked on a bed of salt in a wood burning oven. I am not sure I would have detected the influence of salt if the Turin guidebook had not mentioned it. We ordered one pizza to share although the group of middle aged Italian women next to us each devoured her own and ordered dessert. Our pizza with sausage and Gorgonzola was delicious and more than satisfying. With a bottle of water, a beer, and 1/4 liter of red wine, the bill was 22 euros.
