Fabulous pizza place in the center of town. Great pizza and lively atmosphere.

Directions: In the historic center of town on a pedestrian street.

We spent the first night in Italy of our September trip to Europe in Levanto and had dinner at Taverna Garibaldi. We were in Levanto to meet Federico who runs the B&B Villa Margherita (I was making a web site for him) and he sent us to his friend's restaurant for dinner. The pizza was fabulous! Perfectly done. We both had vegetarian pizzas and the house wine.

Thomas and Elena run a lovely restaurant. It is very popular with locals and visiting tourists. There was a lineup to get in when we arrived at 9pm on Friday night. It was the perfect first night in Italy - lively, fun and great pizza!
