Casual regional cooking

Teresina features casual regional cooking. This little place had been recommended by a Bologna native as Bolognese home cooking. Everything is fresh, and food is prepared as ordered. On the night that we were there, we received mediocre food and service. Outdoor dining available, reasonable prices.

Delicious, local cuisine served in a pretty courtyard.

Carmelita from "Cook in Italy," with whom we spent the morning on a gourmet tour of the Bologna markets, (which was fabulous) recommended this restaurant for lunch. We sat in a lovely courtyard surrounded by Tuscan yellow walls and pretty greenery.

We were the only tourists in sight. We had the pasta specialties that Bologna is known for; tortellini in brodo and ragu alla bolognese. Not only were they delectable but they were stunning works of art! We had some lovely house wine and salad to complete the meal. I would seek out this restaurant again if I return to Bologna for another great meal!
