Seafront restaurant set in an old olive oil factory

Trappitu is seafront restaurant located in an old olive oil factory. There are huge vats that olive oil was stored in and the olive oil press on display.

Like most restaurants in Cefalu, seafood is the specialty here but this restaurant boasts a wonderful terrace with unobstructed views of the water. We reserved a table at sunset to fully enjoy the view. Service was friendly and attentive. Our meal: bottle of wine, bottle of water, caponata, alici marinated, zuppe di cozze & vongole, gilled calamari, lemon sorbet and a lemoncello. Price: 85 euro.
