"Chow! Venice" says Da Silvio "has become a good place for a delightful low key dinner." I think that's a perfect description of this restaurant

Not wanting to eat in Campo Santa Margharita and not wanting a very fussy meal, we wandered around looking for someplace promising. Da Silvio caught our eye. We walked through the small dining room and into a large courtyard garden. It was very comfortable, with tables not too close together.

We shared grilled veggies, and one of us had minestrone soup, the other steak with olive oil and lemon, and we drank the house red wine. Our dinner was €49.50.

Da Silvio was a pleasant surprise, with good food. It "hits the mark."
