Traditional, friendly trattoria with inexpensive, hearty food.

We ate lunch at this cute trattorria and were pleased with both the meal and the atmosphere.

I believe we were the only tourists there; it seemed to be full of gentlemen on their lunch break. Very traditional, hearty Tuscan food. I had a grilled chicken dish that was very good and the pasta dish my friend had was very tasty. There are no English menus and limited English spoken here but for the "real deal" Italian pranzo at very reasonable prices, this is a spot to try in the Oltrano area. It is especially convenient to Santa Maria Carmine and the Brancacci Chapel.
