Best meal we had in Parma. Menu and blackboard specials. Very fresh! Good for veg eater. Great wine list, service. €93 for 4 including wine and dessert sampler.

Tribunale is very well known, listed in Osterie d'Italia, and we loved it.

By the time we got there, we were getting overwhelmed with ham and salami -- there were plenty of alternatives here. My husband had a fantastic dish of whole wheat pasta with asparagus and porcini sauce, which to me, was the best of the evening. We also ate gnocchi with eggplant in a light red sauce, traditional tortelli stuffed with potatoes and butter sauce, grilled veggies, great sausage and roasted potatoes. Insalata rustica had wonderful lettuces and lots of pancetta.

We drank a €16 bottle of Barbera from the list. The dessert sampler was a real treat and it included a granny smith granita which was totally refreshing and wonderful.
