La Buca is about 20 km north-east of Parma in the countryside. Rustic country décor. Friendly family service. We had excellent culatello (what else would you have for an appetizer in Zibello!), very good tagliatelle - one with funghi and one with tartufo bianco. Also, a very good Barbara from Vacca Francesco. We finished with some good parmesan cheese. This review is the opinion of a Slow Travel member and not of slowtrav.com. |
