We really did not expect much here but we were hungry, tired and hot and needed to sit and relax. Our 5 year-old was clearly wearing down. The waiter was so nice to Casey and made sure that his pasta was fixed just the way he wanted it -- both sauce and type of pasta. The starters, pasta and risotto were quite good. It is a pleasant place to eat with table cloths, wicker chairs and nice tablewear. We did feel relaxed with sipping the wine and just observing the grand piazza with its surrounding tall buildings. There are several restaurants along the veranda. We ate at one a couple of years ago that was not nearly as good as La Lancia.
