4bed/2bath apartment in Parioli, Rome

Location

We rented a large apartment, Ungheria or "romepower" site number 110, in the Parioli district of Rome. This is a residential area which was private and quiet. It was close to bus transportation and had all neighborhood amenities, ie super-market, shops etc.

Nearby Amenities

Yes, all amenities, including a large full service supermarket were within walking distance. It was very convienent.

The House/Apartment

The apartment was on the ground floor in a large apartment building in a secure, quiet, gated community.

Garden

There were two garden areas, the larger outside the kitchen and dining room and the smaller outside the large master bedroom. Both provided privacy and a quiet area.

Furnishings/Cleanliness/Living Areas

There were four bedrooms, a separate dining room, two bathrooms, a large living room, and a large reception/reading area. There were ample comfortable chairs and the furniture was in good shape. Overall very comfortable.

Bedrooms/Bathrooms

Beds were all comfortable, bedrooms roomy and well-equipped. There was one large bathroom with bath and hand-held shower and one smaller bathroom with shower only. All adequate for 7/8 guests.

Kitchen

Kitchen was smallish, but very complete with all sorts of pots/pans/dishes.The kitchen was one of the more complete kitchens we have found in our rental experience. There was even an American coffee machine for multiple cups of coffee.

Problems or Bonuses

We were very pleased with the apartment, location and the surrounding amenities. In one of the gardens were two very entertaining tortoises, who love lettuce.

Agency and Representatives (and price)

We were very pleased with the real estate agency, World Real Estate, "romepower.com". The two representatives we dealt with, Marco Agretti and Alessandro Puoti, were friendly, responsive and very helpful. We will use this agency again. Most important was that the web site was factually accurate on the apartment.

Do you recommend this vacation rental to others?

We would recommend this apartment and the agency without any hesitation.
