I had spent three months combing the web looking for just that 'right' place for our family of three to spend a week in the countryside of Italy. Finding Novole meant finding a slice of the Italy that is authentic, passionate and completely relaxed. Most of our time was spent on our terrace just taking in the beauty of the valley and surrounding mountains.

There are three apartments available, each has their own private terrace. We found ours to be very comfortable and loved the way it had been restored with comfort and style. The stairs may prove tricky in the middle of a dark Tuscan night, however our nearly four year old daughter negotiated them well by day.

Luciano and Karen and family were very warm, hospitable and helpful. Life here is balanced with the seasonal rhythms of nature and it is quite wondrous to become part of it, however fleetingly.
