Location

In small town 6km from Sorrento. Nice location - near other buildings but with secluded private terrace.

Nearby Amenities

Great supermarket within 5 minutes walk. Many restaurants/bars within easy walking distance.

The House/Apartment

Nice - fairly modern building - beautifully presented. Apartment is on ground floor with owners accommodation above. Very quiet and peaceful.

Garden

Large private terrace and garden to rear with French doors leading out. Great place for barbeques. No pool.

Furnishings/Cleanliness/Living Areas

New furniture - very comfortable. Everything immaculately clean. Plenty of chairs.

Bedrooms/Bathrooms

Nice bedroom with comfortable beds and masses of extra bedlinen and towels. Everything very clean. Bathroom was fine and well presented - though the shower was quite compact and may be difficult for a very large person.

Kitchen

Very good kitchen with every utensil you could think of - dishwasher and washing machine. We cooked full meals there with no problem.

Problems or Bonuses

Only good surprises. Owner left a homemade cake and bottle of local liqueur for us - then midweek she came round to check we were doing fine and gave us a homemade pie!

Agency and Representatives (and price)

Agency were great - couldn't recommend them more highly. Everything went smoothly from start to finish. Person on site was owner who didn't speak much English - but we managed to communicate OK.

Do you recommend this vacation rental to others?

Definitely would stay and recommend to others. Only proviso is I don't know how it would be without a car - we rented one for the week.

Things to do in this area

Capri Vesuvius Naples Pompei Rome (long drive but doable) Massa Lubrensa - walk out to Campanella viewpoint is great Sorrento - lots of excellent shops and restaurants
