Location

Agriturismo Fiorano is in a vineyard in the beautiful rolling hillside of the Marche region that is quiet and peaceful with not many tourists. The owners grow organic grapes, olives and almonds. They sell their wine and olive oil.

Nearby Amenities

You need a car. It's close to the village of Cossignano, which is 15km from Grottamare on the Adriatic. The lovely town of Ascoli Piceno is about 30 minutes drive away.

The House/Apartment

The apartment is on the ground floor in a lovely old farmhouse that has been restored. The owners live in an upstairs apartment and there are also 3 bedrooms for rent. They are all very comfortable.

Garden

There is a lovely terrace with table and chairs that looks out onto the vineyard.

Furnishings/Cleanliness/Living Areas

It's quite new, very comfortable and well kept.

Bedrooms/Bathrooms

There is a large bedroom area with a comfortable queen bed, night tables and armoire. Also a well appointed bathroom with shower.

Kitchen

The kitchen has all you need, though we ate dinner in a farmhouse/trattoria only 10 minutes walk away. If you choose Bed and Breakfast they serve an excellent breakfast with their own homemade jams, biscotti, etc.

Problems or Bonuses

The owners are a wonderful Italian family who have travelled a lot themselves and have a gift for hospitality. We were very impressed by their warmth and openness.

Agency and Representatives (and price)

The owners speak good English. They have a very nice website that describes it very well.

Do you recommend this vacation rental to others?

We highly recommend Agriturismo Fiorano and look forward to returning there again ourselves.

Things to do in this area

The scenery is wonderful with many interesting villages all around. The beaches are 15km away and there are many events and good shopping in Ascoli Piceno.
