Location

The apartment was wonderful and nicely furnished. It was the perfect experience for our first stay in Italy. We quickly made it our 'home away from home'. The people of Fiesole were very friendly, and the town and views were beautiful. I also enjoyed the convenience of being able to take the bus straight to the heart of Firenze. I've left Fiesole taking with me memories that I will cherish forever. How many people can say they experienced a Corpus Domini procession right past their apartment's front door (the evening before we left)?

Nearby Amenities

The views across from the apartment are fantastic and the proximity to the amphitheatre is an added bonus. Fiesole is very relaxing and a splendid base for visiting Florence and touring Tuscany. We would strongly recommend a visit to the local festival for a good, entertaining night out with food, wine, music and dancing. All you need is close by, laundry, groceries, and caffe!

The House/Apartment

It is excellently situated and tastefully and professionally equipped. It was ideal for our purposes. Perfect! There is no better word for it!

Furnishings/Cleanliness/Living Areas

The apartment was perfect! Cosy, very comfortable and clean. The view of Florence from Fiesole is amazing.

Bedrooms/Bathrooms

Very comfortable beds.

Kitchen

A very well-equipped kitchen.

Problems or Bonuses

Being right on a bus line that takes us to the Duomo was priceless!

Agency and Representatives (and price)

Fluent English speaking. We appreciated hospitality and flexibility meeting our schedule.

Do you recommend this vacation rental to others?

We definitely recommend the apartment to people travelling to Florence.
