Apartments on an estate, Tuscany Chianti

Location

Small separate house at Tuscan farm just outside of Siena. The fact our house Terra Siena 5 was separate from the other apts. was a nice surprise. Very private but still close to the farm house. The area was great for visiting Siena, Montalcino, San Gimignano, Monteriggione, Greve, etc.

Nearby Amenities

You could walk into the small town of Costafabbri to their market, but you could also drive to the market nearby for wider variety. The village market had fresher produce and meats. We usually ate out when we were gone for the day to other towns, but ate once at the small restaurant at Costafabbri.

The House/Apartment

Beautiful small house with 2/bed 2/bath. There were about 12 other apts. on the property. Our house was separate, but close to the pool.

Garden

Private sitting area with bbq. Close to a beautiful large pool with lovely landscape.

Furnishings/Cleanliness/Living Areas

The home was clean, comfortable and well appointed.

Bedrooms/Bathrooms

Bedrooms comfortable and large. Each bedroom had a bath (both with showers).

Kitchen

Wonderful kitchen with large window looking at vineyard, distance hills with farmhouses and cypress tress. We had fun cooking and eating at home when we were not out at the local towns.

Problems or Bonuses

Property had wonderful pool area and our home was beautiful. We only missed not having any one around to ask for advice and recommendations.

Agency and Representatives (and price)

Melissa at Rentvillas was great. We had trouble reserving a couple different farmhouse apartments, and she made sure we ended up with the best choice of all. The price again was above our original budget, but once we arrived we knew it was worth it.

Do you recommend this vacation rental to others?

Yes, we highly recommend this location to everyone.
