Location

San Casciano...loved it!

Nearby Amenities

Fabulous supermarket, gelaterias and stores 5 minutes away by car.

The House/Apartment

Great shape and very quiet. It is an independent home with 3 levels. Guest bathroom on entry level. A few steps up was a big kitchen with an attached dishwashing machine and refrigerator. Up the steps from this room was a maid's room with a private bath. Downstairs was a large dining room table for 10 with french doors going out to the backyard and pool. The top floor had the 4 remaining bedrooms. The master was huge with a private sitting room and outdoor balcony. One room had 2 double beds, the rest had queen or king beds. The top floor also had a family sitting room with a television.

Garden

Everything private, including pool.

Furnishings/Cleanliness/Living Areas

Everything clean and rustic.

Bedrooms/Bathrooms

All beds very comfy and baths attached to each room.

Kitchen

YES! It had everything.

Problems or Bonuses

The air conditioning was not working the first few days so we needed the mosquito netting since the window remained open. Once it was repaired, the home was so comfortable. Plenty of room.

Agency and Representatives (and price)

ClassicVacationRental was fabulous and even had a ping pong table brought in for the kids. Carina was professional and responsive. I would definitely use her to book a villa.

Do you recommend this vacation rental to others?

Highly recommended. Lots of family bonding goes on here.

Things to do in this area

Great tuscan steak at antica posto in town. Great gelato and supermarket with an inspiring selection of antipasto, food and wine.
