The agency speaks English and is very professional. Their website offers several properties with thorough descriptions clearly stating both the positives and negatives of the apartments they offer.

Plus when my airconditioner broke they made sure the repairs were done right away. I found it very reassuring that the agency office was right in Florence ready to assist me. Apparently they have been in business for more than 20 years and it shows! I would highly recommend contacting this agency.
