Location

Overall: Yes, We will return to it on our next voyage to Italia.

Enjoyed Most: Tutto va bene! Everything was fantastic! The open areas to dine outside and gather for any occasion were great. Walking through the vineyards and groves of olive trees...and the Vino!

Unpleasant Surprises: Niente' Nothing bad to report.

Nearby Amenities

Nearest grocery stores are only 5 minutes away by car, or if you like to walk, about 25 minutes. In Staggia you can shop and get coffee.

The House/Apartment

The Estate is beautiful and in great shape. I believe they restored it back in the 80s. It's made up of 5 apartments with a room where guests can purchase wine and olive oil made on the property.

Garden

Yes there is a good size pool and lots of areas outside to sit and dine or just relax. It's all shared, however there's so many areas one could find one to call private.

Furnishings/Cleanliness/Living Areas

Everything was fine, charming and clean.

Bedrooms/Bathrooms

Bedroom was perfect and bed was comfortable.

Kitchen

Kitchen was well equipped and cozy.

Problems or Bonuses

No problems at all. A very nice experience.

Agency and Representatives (and price)

Rentvillas has always provided good representatives and properties. Actually the reality exceeded the published info. This was our paradiso on earth.

Do you recommend this vacation rental to others?

I would most definitly stay here again. We plan on taking our family there in 2007, along with some friends.

Things to do in this area

You can easily get to many hill towns from here. Siena, San Gimignano, Voltera, Cortona, Montepulciano just to name a few. If you go to Florence, take the train. It's not reccomended to drive in and around the big cities. Even if you go to Pisa, take the train. You'll never run out of places to see and things to do.
