apartments, Venice When2002 ReviewWe work with Floriana Fornelli, a very charming young woman. We originally chose our apartment via email and faxes of layouts, but we had met some of the Housedeal people in Venice when we had been considering trying to set up a time share so they had some idea of our taste and needs. We have looked at other places from time to time but have never found any place we like as well as this first apartment which we have now rented 7 times. I think Floriana is the only one who speaks fluent English, and she is only there a few hours a day because she studies singing, but she is very obliging, know how to read a meter and tries to be as helpful as possible. She is also very patient with our sometimes numerous questions. Note From SlowTrav: Ruth and her husband use this agency every year for their trips to Venice.
