apartments in Monterosso (Cinque Terre), Liguria WhenOctober 2005, 2 nights ReviewI loved this apartment! It was within the largest of the five towns, Monterosso. The owner of the company met us at the train station and walked us a very short trip the apartment. He had upgraded us to a larger apartment of two bedrooms (with a totally of 4 beds) and one bathroom, full kitchen, living room and the best part, a large terrace that overlooked the ocean! The locations was great as with in a short walking distance to a food store, the beach and the many resturants. In fact it was only a short walk through the tunnel to the larger part of the town and the Cinque Terre walking trail. The owner, Corrando Valente and his assistants were so friendly and helpful (we keep seeing them around the town for the next two days!) The price was great, 90 euro a night.
