Location

The house is at the beach and steps to town, right at the beginning (or end) of the Cinque Terre Trail to Monterosso. With the wide terrace and expansive lawn & gardens you will feel like you are in the country but so convenient to bars, restaurants and the ferry landing.

Nearby Amenities

We walked to everything in town. We took the ferry and train and hiked to other Ligurian towns.

The House/Apartment

The house is spacious and very comfortable. All of the bedrooms and baths were well equipped and we spent much of our time on the front terrace to enjoy the view.

Garden

We had a private terrace with dining table. Lovely lawn and gardens.

Furnishings/Cleanliness/Living Areas

The furnishings were comfortable and beautiful.

Bedrooms/Bathrooms

The house has great bedrooms, nice bathrooms and plenty of both.

Kitchen

It was a nice kitchen, well equipped.

Problems or Bonuses

Good suprise were the steps up to the castle and the older part of town right at our doorstep. Charming.

Agency and Representatives (and price)

The agency representatives spoke English and were very nice. The house was better than shown and cost $3800 per week.

Things to do in this area

The Cinque Terre towns - hiking, swimming, ferry, train, late night drinks around the town square.
