1bed/1bath apartment near Positano, Campania

Location

The little apartment we stayed in was outside Positano. It was possible to walk downtown or get on a bus. The apartment is in a private house, overlooking the beach. It has a small balcony and a bigger one, where it is possible to sunbathe. The view from both balconies has no price. The owners live two apartments below and were really nice and helpful. I love the area: the beach is really clean and there are plenty of things to do, such as scuba diving, take boat trips to Capri or to the near towns.

Nearby Amenities

Everything was at walking distance, and there is a bus that runs about every hour.

The House/Apartment

The house is very well kept, quiet and peaceful. The apt had a small kitchen very well furnished; a small living area, bathroom and a nice bedroom. From the bedroom you could go on one of the balconies.

Garden

There is a very nice garden all around the property with a nice sitting area for the apartment we were renting. There is a shared pool.

Furnishings/Cleanliness/Living Areas

Everything was in good shape, very well kept and very clean.

Bedrooms/Bathrooms

The bathroom is a typical Italian bathroom with a shower. There was also a laundry machine.

Kitchen

The kitchen was usable: well furnished, and we cooked and enjoyed more than one meal.

Problems or Bonuses

No surprises good or bad.

Agency and Representatives (and price)

The onsite property manager was prompt, spoke English and was very helpfull.

Do you recommend this vacation rental to others?

I would go back anytime. I loved the view, the peace and quiet.

Things to do in this area

We mostly took it easy at the beach. We did an excursion to Amalfi, Minori and Vietri and one to Capri. We also visited Ravello.
