Location

Location was in the country - beautifull small village called Civitella Maritima near Grosseto and Siena.

Very nice location in a small house called casina di rosa.

Beautiful area, beautiful people, beautiful country.

Nearby Amenities

In the little village you can find, café, grocery (2), pasta fresca, fresh vegetables dealer, baker, delicatessen, and even flower store.

The nearest supermarket is about 8 Km from village.

The House/Apartment

The little house is a typcal Italian house, very fresh in summer, very quiet and peaceful.

We were the only tourists in the neigbourhood, regional neighbours were very kind.

Garden

There was no pool, but a barbecue if you wanted.

Furnishings/Cleanliness/Living Areas

It was a very clean house, very good shape with everything you need for a couple with two children.

Bedrooms/Bathrooms

The bedrooms and bathrooms were comfortable, clean and nice.

Kitchen

Very nice kitchen for vacations with enough of everything and when you arrive, Glori an Marcel, the owners, offer you a basket with a botlle of typical wine, pasta, and olive oil, wonderfull.

Problems or Bonuses

We were very surprised by the people, very charming.

Agency and Representatives (and price)

We paid 250 euros per week in August (after 15th).

Gloria is an Englih teatcher. She speaks English very well, and also, fortunately for us, French very well too.

She and Marcel (Canadian) are very kind.

Do you recommend this vacation rental to others?

We will go back, probably next year, in the same place to see all the things we didn't have time to see this time.

Things to do in this area

You can visit Firenze, Siena, Grosseto, and go to the sea (about 80 Km) lots of castle and so on.
