Location

This quiet apartment was centrally located in Venice, Italy. It was like walking into the Venetian lifestyle. It was convenient to all must see sights. We received a warm and informative welcome. Everyone was very helpful. Highly recommend this property.

Nearby Amenities

Restaurants, groceries and coffee shops were within a small block and would only require a short walk.

The House/Apartment

This is a well maintained and historical apartment.

Garden

There is a very nice shared garden that is very quiet and peaceful.

Furnishings/Cleanliness/Living Areas

The apartment was very clean and comfortable. One could not ask for more.

Bedrooms/Bathrooms

This is a two bedroom with one bath. One of the bedrooms is a loft bedroom. All four of us were very comfortable.

Kitchen

What more could one need? If you choose to cook while you are in Venice this kitchen has all you will need.

Problems or Bonuses

The only surprise we had was the apartment was better then discribed.

Agency and Representatives (and price)

I worked with Pat Byrne of Excellent Europe and she was very professional and helpful. The onsite person was great and spoke excellent English.
