Review 2342: Dolce Roma, Colosseum View 1
2bed/2bath apartment near Colosseum, Rome
April, 2006, 1 week
The location is great, close to the metro and some major sites such as the Colosseum, and San Giovanni. The street where the apartment is located is not too busy and was quiet every night we stayed there, with the exception of Saturday night when the club across the road was active. This was minor however.
There are many amenities near by - good pizzerias, grocery stores and a vegetable market on some mornings. You can walk to everything.
The building is in good shape and the apartment is excellent.
There is a small balcony which opens into an inner courtyard. We didn't use this much but is was nice to open the balcony doors in the afternoon to let in the fresh air.
The furniture is comfortable and in good shape; the apartment was very clean when we arrived.
One bathroom is quite small, as is one of the bedrooms, but the other bathroom is very nice and the other bedroom is very spacious.
The small kitchen suited our needs for a light dinner in the evening and breakfast in the morning.
Agency and Representatives (and price)
Natalia was great, very helpful getting us orientated in Rome and giving suggestions for sightseeing and shopping.
